Construction Mapping (Base)

Our base package delivers the essentials for site visibility and planning: Ortho, DSM, and Contours. These map layers provide a site-aligned overview, surface information, and elevation lines suitable for day-to-day coordination and progress monitoring.

Pile Counts (Included by Site Size)

Your quote includes a set number of pile counts based on site size:

• ≤30 acres: 5 included piles

• 31–80 acres: 8 included piles

• 80 acres: 10 included piles

If you need more than the included amount, we can add extra piles to the scope and reflect that in the quote.

Cut/Fill Report

When you need quantity insight for earthwork, we provide a Cut/Fill Report that summarizes cut and fill across defined areas. The output is packaged for easy review and aligns with your project’s reporting needs.

3D Assets Packaged

For teams that work in 3D, we can bundle your 3D assets into a ready-to-use package. This option organizes deliverables from the mapping session into a single, clean hand-off for model viewing and coordination.

Control / QA Report

Add a Control/QA Report when you want an explicit quality summary alongside your maps. This report documents the QA checks performed for the deliverables and supports your internal review process.

Monthly Progress Packages

Choose a monthly cadence to keep stakeholders aligned and changes visible:

• Scout – 1 visit per month, ≤30 acres; Ortho + DSM + contours.

• Tracker – 2 visits per month, ≤50 acres; everything in Bronze plus change maps.

• Horizon – 4 visits per month, ≤80 acres; everything in Silver plus a QA summary.

These packages combine mapping, light analytics, and documentation on a predictable schedule, so you can track progress and discuss issues early.

Travel & Setup

Your quote itemizes travel and setup separately (round-trip mileage, mileage rate, and setup fee) so the overall scope is transparent and predictable for your team.

Deliverable Use

All deliverables are intended for progress monitoring and planning. Where a stable reference surface is required for cut/fill, we include that within the appropriate reporting item; a QA control report is available when you need formal documentation.
